Booking terms/conditions A deposit of one third of the holiday price is required to secure your stay at Moo Barn. The balance is payable 7 weeks before your stay commences. If the reservation is made within 8 weeks of the start date then the full amount is payable. A half deposit is required for Christmas/New year bookings with the balance payable 8 weeks before. We recommend insuring against loss of deposit or total balance in case you are unable to fulfill your booking. Please note deposits must be received within 10 working days of informing us you would like to book or the holiday dates will be re-advertised.
Payment can be made easily by instant bank transfer (other methods available) . All information given on booking is for the use of Moo Barn Holidays only and will not be shared with any third parties.
In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your holiday we will try our very best to re-let the property and if this is achieved we will refund monies at the original agreed letting fee less an admin fee of £50. If we are unable to re-let the property, monies will be retained by Moo Barn Holidays. Holidays may be let or re-let at higher or lower rates.
We fully understand that accidents/breakages happen and if any occur please let us know so that they can be rectified before Moo Barn is re-let, we want to maintain the high standard you and we expect. Moo Barn holidays reserve the right to terminate any letting without recompense if damage is being caused to the property or disturbance to any person not in the letting party. A right to enter Moo Barn is reserved in connection with these circumstances.
We are sorry but Moo Barn is strictly a no smoking house, pets may be welcome please speak with Jeremy or Jennie.
When can you get in and when do you have to leave?
Moo Barn will be available to you from 3 p.m on the day of your arrival. If you should need somewhere to store bags just let us know and we’ll happily oblige. If you would like to order shopping online to arrive on the same day as yourselves we are happy to unpack it for you especially with regards to chilled or frozen products.
We would ask you to vacate by 10.00 a.m on the day of your departure to enable us to prepare Moo Barn for the next lucky guests .
